People are using AI every day to write reports, answer emails, summarize meetings, and get through their work a little faster.
Not because someone told them to. But because nobody stopped them.
They’re tired. The workload is growing. The pressure is high. So they do what they can.
And most leaders are still acting like nothing is happening.
That’s where the problem begins.
